Subcontract or Re-sold work

Remote systems administration - retainer

Monthly charge to retain documentation on your system

Calculated differently depending on complexity of network topology. {but rarely exceeds 250 per year} so if you make 8 seperate rule changes to your firewall in a year instead of costing 800euro or more based on the minimum 1 hour charge, It would cost 200euro+retainer at an estimated maximum of 15 minutes per rule change as these only take a mater of minutes if you have all the documentation to hand. {The uncontracted minimum time is longer, because I have to talk you through setting me up as a remote admin each time and getting all the relevant details for your network each time.}
